The prices of the items you order do not include custom taxes and import duties; the costs of these charges vary for each country. You will be accountable for these costs which maybe incurred for custom charges when you receive your parcel. If you refuse to accept your parcel, your items will be returned back to MADE UP COSMETICS LTD.  You will be liable for any additional returns and customs charges in relation to your return, the costs of these charges will be deducted from the refunds which are owed to you.

We aim to deliver internationally within 7-12 working days. However, sometimes during public holiday or busy periods (Christmas), deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 14 working days, please contact us.

Note: These delivery periods are estimated guide-lines, we will not be held liable if your delivery takes a little longer. We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.


You can return or exchange any items purchased through, only if it is returned to us in the original condition that it was sent. You have 14 days to return the items to us from the date you receive your order.

All items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were sent, all returns will be examined once we receive them. For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any goods, unless they were received in an unacceptable condition. We highly recommend that you choose to send returns back to us on a recorded delivery service, as we are not held liable for returns that go missing.


  1. Please print and fill out the Returns Form including the Name of the person who placed the order and the Order Number.
  2. Repack your item in its original packaging and include your completed returns form inside.
  3. Write either EXCHANGE or REFUND outside of your package and return to our head office.

We recommend you always keep a proof of postage as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

  1. Once we have received your parcel we will inform you via email that your parcel has been received. We will then begin the exchange or refund process. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7 working days and will appear on your card under our company name Made Up Cosmetics.

Unfortunately delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
